Buying a home can be a stressful process, especially if it's your first time.  When you hire Sheepdog Home Inspections to do your home inspection, you can rest assured that I will do all that I can to make the home inspection process as stress free and informative as possible.

I inspect every home as if my own family were going to live there.  That's why at Sheepdog Home Inspections, my motto is "Guarding your future with experience, advanced technology and Integrity".   As your inspector, I have no financial interest in the home sale other than the fee you pay me to conduct the inspection.  Maintaining strong, professional relationships with realtors and other industry professionals is important, but at the end of the day, my loyalty is to you.  You can rest assured that I will provide honest information about the condition of the home.

I encourage you to attend your inspection so that I can describe my process, explain my findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.  Following my evaluation of the home, I will compile my findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of your inspection.  I'll email you your report within 24-48 hours and make myself available to you if you have any questions after the inspection is complete.

Lastly, the fees for all of my inspections are clearly stated up front in order to make the home inspection process even easier for all of my clients.  Relative to the price of a new home, my fees are minimal compared to the value, quality of work and potential money savings you will enjoy by hiring me for your home inspection needs.
